2.1 Age Verification

To open an account on the 499vet platform and participate in any betting or gaming activity, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is intended for users aged 21 and above only.

499vet may request documents to verify age at any time. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until age verification is complete.

2.2 Personal Eligibility

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You may only have one account in your name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You may not register from any country or region where online betting is legally prohibited.
• You must be mentally capable and legally eligible to enter into a contract.
• You may not register on behalf of another person.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with 499vet, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. If the information provided at registration is false or misleading, 499vet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any balance.

3.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

3.3 Account Closure

499vet may immediately suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or system abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• No activity on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months).

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

499vet supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

• You must provide accurate information when making a deposit.
• Only use payment methods registered in your name.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, the balance will be added instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The same payment method used for deposits must be used for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 499vet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 499vet will not be responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 will give you a ৳15,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 (fifteen) times. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete ৳30,000 in bets.

• Only real money bets will count toward wagering calculations.
• Wagering contributions may differ for certain games — contact support for details.
• The time limit to meet wagering requirements is 30 days from the date the bonus was issued.
• If the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Abusing promotions or bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds provided before an event begins may change — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 499vet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Match-fixing or placing bets after a result is known is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Casino Game Provisions

All casino games available on 499vet (slots, live casino, fishing games, card games) are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Ensuring fair play is one of the core principles of 499vet.

• Game results are entirely random and do not depend on previous results.
• Any winnings obtained through software errors or abuse will be considered void.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result of any completed round will be saved.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a bet or game result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. The decision of 499vet in resolving disputes will be considered final.

7.1 VIP Levels

The 499vet VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

7.2 VIP Benefit Terms

• VIP level changes are determined at the discretion of 499vet.
• Cashback may always be provided in the form of a bonus and wagering requirements may apply.
• VIP benefits may be cancelled immediately if the terms and conditions are violated.
• 499vet reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

8.1 Responsible Betting

10.2 Limit on Compensation Claims

For any valid claim, 499vet's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question. 499vet bears no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming the welcome bonus more than once.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Collusive fraud or match-fixing.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources.
